In which currency are the prices displayed on the website?

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production and shipment of your order. The average delivery time is 6–12 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@thekeyclub.store.
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full purchase price. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! Cancellation must be made before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return system for a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address. What can I do now?
If you entered an incorrect address or it was auto-filled, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at support@thekeyclub.store. If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the incorrect entry.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary, as we ship to different fulfillment centers throughout the EU, depending on the location. The average delivery time is 6–12 business days.
